Privacy Policy

Seiyr ("Seiyr", "we", "us") operates a skill-based sports prediction platform at seiyr.com and playseiyr.com. For any privacy question you can reach us at privacy@seiyr.com.

Account details — display name, username, email address, date of birth, an optional phone number, your avatar colour and your favourite club. If you signed up through an invite, we also record the referral code you used.

Gameplay data — the communities you join, the arenas you enter, the picks you make, your scores, results and winnings.

Content you create — messages, reactions and taunts in arena banter, and any content you report.

Community data — the communities you found or administer, their members, roles and settings, including any WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram links you add for your group.

Identity verification — if you verify your identity or request community verification, the legal name, document type and number, uploaded document and social profiles you submit.

Payment records — top-ups and withdrawals are handled by a regulated payment processor. We keep transaction records (amount, time, status) but never see or store your full card number.

Technical data — device, browser and approximate location, used for security, fraud prevention and the geo-fencing required for real-money play.

To run the game — create your account, place you in communities and arenas, score your picks and settle results.

To operate community features — roles, leaderboards, recaps and moderation.

To process payments and pay out winnings through our payment processor.

To meet legal obligations — age verification (18+), identity verification, anti-money-laundering monitoring and responsible-gaming duties.

To keep the platform safe: detecting collusion, multiple accounts and abusive content. We do not sell your personal data.

Your display name, username, avatar and results are visible to other players in any arena you enter and any community you join, including on leaderboards and records.

Anything you post in arena banter is visible to that arena. Players can report a message, and Seiyr may delete it or mute the account. Community owners, admins and moderators can remove members. Removed content may persist in the moderation record.

A public community shows a limited preview to non-members — its member count, activity level, upcoming arenas and the top of its table. A private community reveals only summary information until your request is accepted. Group chat links a community adds are shown to its members only.

A community’s conversation happens in its own WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, which Seiyr links to but does not host or moderate. Those services’ own privacy policies apply there. If a community adds the Seiyr bot to its Telegram group, the bot posts arena updates in that group.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run Seiyr — hosting, payments and identity verification — under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

We keep your information while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as our legal obligations require. We protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Where data protection law applies (for example the UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, receive a copy of it, and object to or restrict certain processing.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account, or by emailing privacy@seiyr.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep your account secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
